3. Distribution and Sales Channels

3.1. Authorized Channels Only

iSentek Inc. designs and manufactures magnetic sensors for industrial to automotive applications. We provide engineering technical support and fulfill product warranty obligations exclusively for products purchased directly through our network of Authorized Distributors.

3.2. Grey Market Disclaimer

Products purchased through unauthorized brokers, independent third-party stockists, or open marketplaces (commonly referred to as the "Grey Market") are not covered by any iSentek warranty or support framework. iSentek assumes no liability for the authenticity, physical condition, handling standards, or operational performance of components acquired outside authorized distribution channels.

3.3. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy

iSentek maintains a strict Return Material Authorization (RMA) process to effectively manage defective items or goods returned by customers. All returns must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

•Prior Authorization Required: Customers must not return goods without following our prescribed procedures; unnotified shipments will not be accepted by our warehouse. All returns require formal confirmation and authorization before any unit or individual can accept the returned items.
•Failure Analysis (FA) Process: Upon receiving a customer notification regarding a return, iSentek will immediately investigate the reasons for the return. Returns are authorized only if the Failure Analysis (FA) Process confirms the issue is due to product quality.
•Rework and Resolution: In cases where product rework is evaluated as an option, iSentek uses risk analysis methods to evaluate the risks involved. Customer approval is required before commencing the rework process if requested. All reworked products undergo processing according to our Product Inspection Procedure prior to approval and reshipment.

5. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Export Compliance
