Core Technologies
Magnetic sensing technologies built for real applications
iSentek develops magnetic sensing solutions across multiple technology platforms, combining sensing expertise with in-house ASIC design capability. This page provides a simple overview of the core technologies behind our products and how each technology fits different application requirements.

Technology Overview
Our Magnetic Sensing Technologies
Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR)

Uses quantum tunneling between magnetic layers, where resistance changes with magnetic field alignment.
Delivers high sensitivity and low noise, enabling detection of very small magnetic fields at extreme low power.
Hall Effect

Measures magnetic field by detecting voltage in a current-carrying conductor under a perpendicular field.
Direct sensing structure enables simple integration for switching, position, and current detection.
Anisotropic Magnetoresistance (AMR)

Detects magnetic field through resistance change depending on the angle between current flow and magnetic field direction.
Provides linear output and stable behavior, suitable for angle and position sensing.
Fluxgate

Actively excites a magnetic core and measures its response to external magnetic fields using feedback detection.
Achieves very high accuracy and stability, commonly used in precision current sensing and safety systems.
