iSentek Statement
Responsible Sourcing Statement
iSentek is committed to responsible sourcing and sustainable supply chain management.
We work with our suppliers to ensure that materials used in our products are sourced in a manner that respects human rights, environmental protection, and ethical business practices.
A. Conflict Minerals Policy
iSentek follows the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRA).
We do not knowingly source or support the use of conflict minerals that may directly or indirectly finance armed groups or contribute to human rights violations.
This applies to materials including, but not limited to:
Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Cobalt (Co), Copper (Cu), Graphite, Lithium, Mica, and Nickel (Ni).
B. Supply Chain Responsibility
Although iSentek does not directly procure raw metals, we require our suppliers to comply with responsible sourcing practices.
Suppliers are expected to ensure that materials used in their products do not originate from illegal mining operations, conflict-affected regions, or sources associated with unethical labor practices.
C. Supplier Due Diligence
iSentek requires suppliers to conduct due diligence on their supply chains and provide transparency on material sourcing.
This includes:
- Traceability of relevant materials to smelter or refinery level
- Submission of industry-standard reports such as CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) and EMRT (Extended Minerals Reporting Template)
- Alignment with OECD due diligence guidelines
These measures help ensure that materials used in iSentek products are responsibly sourced and do not contribute to conflict or environmental harm.
