•To administer and manage secure portal accounts.

•To verify eligibility for accessing proprietary technical documentation.

•To respond to FAE support tickets and troubleshooting requests.

Data Retention Period: We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or to comply with our contractual and legal obligations (e.g., until the expiration of the service contract, or upon your verified request for deletion).
