However, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) for Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia has announced that the entire nation is currently under Level 3 alert measures, prohibiting indoor gatherings of 5 or more people and outdoor gatherings of 10 or more people.
Furthermore, in accordance with the announcement made by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs on May 20, 2021, our company has decided to cancel the originally scheduled Annual General Shareholders' Meeting.
The actual date for convening the postponed Annual General Shareholders' Meeting will be announced separately after a subsequent resolution is passed by the Board of Directors.
